Travis and Amanda Child, brother and sister, are passionate musicians touring the states. Travis loves to devote his time to the ladies, Amanda is still very young, but extremely ambitious. She dreams of a career as a singer and wants to gain Nashville to land a record deal together with her brother. His lifestyle doesn't give her much of a chance for that and continuously lands her in trouble. As the problems get more serious, they strand in a small town, due to trouble with the authorities. Convicted to pay a hefty sum, Travis must find a job, which he does in the village pub. Things could have gone smoothly, but Travis falls in love, with the frustrated girlfriend of a local brute. The situation quickly grows complicated and dangerous and his little sister Amanda is in the middle of it. How good for her that she met Conrad, a local police officer. They have fallen in love, but will their love survive Travis' escapades and Amanda's ambitions as a singer?
