Some episodes of this were released on VHS tapes called The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventures. I don't know whether any of Mark's episodes were among them.

The Little Mermaid

Zeus

This animated series originally aired from 1992 to 1994 and is based on the Disney movie. Mark voiced Sebastian's old friend-rival Zeus [Z] in one episode and Hans Christian Andersen [H] in another episode. The series currently airs on Disney Channel.
