Summary
The Divine Rod is sick of being in jail and the only ailment is escape. Once free, he's driven by thirst for revenge and desire for beautiful BJ. She has slipped through his fingers once before, which is why he was in jail in the first place.
Rod blackmails the city with hidden bomb, diverting everyone's attention from his real objective-- kidnapping BJ once again. Easily fleeing Notch's attempt of capture, Rod gets his hands on the lady indeed. Will her friends be able to save her in time?
