Mark says...

"I really hope people will go out and see it, because I'm proud of it. The title makes it sound like one of those Drive-in, schlock-o movies, but it's not. It's a love story. A romantic character comedy about people, not cars. The studio changed the title, but as far as I'm concerned, you could call it "The Dog's Breakfast" and it would still be a good movie."

Summary

Cars are Kenny Dantley's biggest passion. He knows everything about them and his favorite subject in High School is shop class. He invests all his energy into his latest pet project - a Corvette Stingray that he and his shop mates repair and tune. The vehicle turns out a true master piece, but is stolen on its maiden ride. Kenny is completely crushed; as someone claims he has seen the car on display in Las Vegas, the young man is quick to react and heads for the city of casinos. On the way he meets Vanessa, a girl his age hell bent on starting a career as a hooker. Although they clash quite violently they meet over and over again. Slowly, a romance evolves, but things get quite hectic as Kenny finds his car; his car and much more than he bargained for.
